Maroclear is the central depository of the Kingdom of Morocco, primarily responsible for settling securities transactions carried out on the capital market and safeguarding securities (Shares, Treasury Bills, Bonds, UCITS). Maroclear is a private limited company, and its capital is held by both public and private shareholders.

As part of the implementation of its development plan, Maroclear seeks to strengthen its Information Systems Department with versatile skills by recruiting a "SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER."

Position:

Reporting to the Infrastructure Manager within the Information Systems Department, your main mission is to manage and ensure the proper functioning of IT infrastructures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain IT infrastructures in operational conditions (Servers, storage infrastructure, etc.);
• Ensure the deployment of applications, data migration, and environment upgrades;
• Prepare production, pre-production, and development environments;
• Provide first and second-level support to users on all infrastructure components;
• Apply security updates across all infrastructure components;
• Conduct tests of IT continuity systems and ensure their continuous improvement;

• Plan, execute, and monitor progressive infrastructure actions (patches, version upgrades, configuration changes, capacity, etc.);
• Contribute to the continuous improvement process (infrastructure architecture evolution, technical documentation, procedures, etc.);
• Establish performance indicators.

Desired Profile:

Holder of an Information Systems Engineering degree (Bac+5), you have at least 7 years of experience as a systems engineer, ideally in a financial institution or as a solutions integrator.

Required Skills:

• Mastery of technical environments: AIX or Redhat, VMWARE, SAN, IBM Spectrum backups, and DB2;
• Proficiency in Oracle DB and WebSphere would be an advantage;
• Analytical and synthesis skills;
• Strong stress management skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills (Troubleshooting);
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in English would be an advantage.
