› RSE Labels and societal commitment from Maroclear
Driven by its commitment to social responsibility, MAROCLEAR has engaged in a progressive initiative that has earned it the CSR label from the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM).
The latter was awarded after an evaluation of MAROCLEAR's practices across the nine areas of action outlined in the Confederation's Charter of Social Responsibility, which include human rights, labor relations and conditions, environmental stewardship, anti-corruption measures, fair competition, corporate governance, customer and consumer interests, supplier and subcontractor issues, and community engagement.
Its objective is to assist MAROCLEAR in organizing its commitments, assessing its progress, and enhancing its performance.
Since 2013, MAROCLEAR has received the RSE-CGEM label, acknowledging its steadfast commitment to social, societal, environmental, and economic responsibility.

Bureau VERITAS - ISO 27001
As a systemically significant market infrastructure, MAROCLEAR expressed in December 2013 its commitment to adhere to the highest norms and standards across all domains, particularly those pertaining to information security. In October 2015 and again in 2019, MAROCLEAR successfully renewed its ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) certification for all operational activities. The implementation of this standard has allowed the Central Depository to establish and execute foundational measures regarding information security.
Bureau VERITAS - ISO 9001:2015
A voluntary and cohesive initiative, executed with resolve by the MAROCLEAR teams, culminated in the certification of its Quality Management System (QMS) in March 2021, affirming the Central Depository's dedication to the continuous enhancement of service quality. This certification encompasses all activities related to codification, conservation, settlement, and administration of securities, along with all supporting functions. The implementation of the QMS facilitated the identification of strategic directions aimed at fulfilling the expectations of its stakeholders.
Bureau VERITAS
Acquiring ISO 22301-2012 certification in April 2021 offers substantial assurance to MAROCLEAR’s partners. Consequently, MAROCLEAR showcases its capacity to manage potential disasters.
